Easy Steps for Accessing Shared Credentials from 1Password

Login and API credentials are stored in vaults and shared using 1Password to keep the AAP systems and resources secure. To access shared credentials from 1Password, you should be provided with a 1Password link that can be obtained from AAP Service Desk.

Here are the steps:

Click on the 1Password link similar to below:
Please provide the email address that is authorised to receive an authentication code for accessing the credentials.
Click Send Code
The verification page loads. You are asked to enter a 6-digit verification code that was sent to the email address you provided.
The email will look like the following. Copy the code.
Paste it onto the verification page. Click on View Item.

Troubleshooting:

Verification code not received? Please check your spam / junk mail.

Is the link not working? It's possible that the link has expired.
